Lettuce Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups chopped crunchy lettuce
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup diced apple
  • 1 and 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. honey, if desired

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender. If you’d like a sweeter smoothie, add the honey, but if not, simply omit it.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses & enjoy.
